About Son Pham

With a robust background in wealth management, Son Pham has been a cornerstone at Rethink Financing as a mortgage broker for the past seven years. He brings a wealth of experience from major institutions, including Commonwealth Bank and AMP, and has spent over a decade in private practice as a financial planner. His transition into lending was a natural progression, leveraging his comprehensive understanding of clients’ entire financial positions, including their liabilities.

Son’s dual expertise in financial planning and mortgage brokering equips him with tremendous knowledge of strategies and structures, allowing him to offer well-rounded financial solutions. He and his team prefer the term “leverage” over “debt,” highlighting a positive approach to financial growth. Over the past seven years, Son has focused extensively on educating clients about the benefits of positively geared properties through commercial property investments. His dedication to this niche has led him to focus solely on lending, leaving financial planning behind. Under his leadership, Rethink Financing has grown to include over 10 brokers and a team of support staff, with plans for further expansion. Son considers commercial lending a unique and specialised sector, and his team’s deep knowledge continues to drive their success and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Son enjoys spending time with his family, gaming and motorsports.
