Here, she worked closely with clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional support, which helped her develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the essential role of user experience in overall business success.
Drawing on her finance background and customer-focused approach, Alexis then transitioned into a Business Analyst role, where she identified improvement opportunities, streamlined processes, and implemented data-driven solutions.
Today, Alexis applies her expertise to optimise operations within the property investment space.
